The National Open University Of Nigeria NOUN Faculty of Law Graduation requirement is as follows:-
First, to qualify for graduation a student must have spent a minimum of five years (5yrs) i.e. ten (10) semesters for entry 100 level and four years (4yrs) i.e. 8 semesters for direct entry level at 200 level.
The student admitted to 100 level must have earned a minimum of one hundred and ninety-eight (198) unit while those admitted to 200 level must have earned a total of one hundred and ninety-one unit.
It is imperative and important that the student meets the admission requirement for the LL. B programme to qualify for graduation.
The student must have passed all the compulsory courses in the faculty and all the compulsory elective courses for the LL. B programme.
In addition, to the above, the student is expected to have passed all the GST prescribed courses for the programme by the University and completed the long essay (Law 500)NANS Suspends Planned Protest in Abuja
